Inclusion. Diversity, Equity. Accessibility.

KCC is a QTBIPOC wellness collective operating on unceded Hohokam, Tohono O’odham, and Yoeme lands.

We believe everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, inclusive of their whole self. We are committed to fostering brave space for collaboration and innovation that benefits QTBIPOC. We know that when our kin are held and cared for and experience justness, all people benefit.

We recognize systemic barriers prevent many from access to engagement and support. We work to identify and address these barriers to ensure equitable access to opportunities and holistic care and support.

We work to meet folks where they are. We will continue cultivating our knowledge, ready to learn with and grow alongside.

We strive to create spaces where folks feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.

We actively seek diverse perspectives and experiences in development and decision-making processes. We welcome feedback from the community and other stakeholders to help us strengthen our connections, practices, and services.

We know we can thrive together.
